TABLE OF CONTENTS

Yes. At Debt Consultants Group (DCG), we understand that your financial situation may change over time. Whether your business experiences a temporary cash flow issue, an emergency expense, or a significant shift in income, our program is designed with flexibility in mind.

We’re here to help you stay on track — not penalize you for unexpected challenges.

Temporary Payment Adjustments

If you’re struggling to make your weekly contributions, contact your Case Manager as soon as possible. We may be able to:

  • Reduce your weekly payment temporarily

  • Skip or delay a draft (in limited cases)

  • Adjust your payment schedule to better fit your current cash flow

Pausing the Program (Short-Term Holds)

In certain cases, we may place your program on a short-term hold while you get caught up financially. During this time:

  • Your creditor negotiations may pause

  • Your escrow contributions may temporarily stop

  • Your program timeline may be extended slightly

We’ll work with you to resume contributions as soon as you're able, without requiring full re-enrollment.

Reevaluation of Escrow Targets

If your business income drops significantly or your financial outlook changes, we can re-assess your escrow goals and payment structure. This ensures your program remains affordable and sustainable.

No Hidden Fees or Penalties

DCG does not charge penalty fees for requesting help or making reasonable adjustments. We’d rather keep you engaged in the program than see you overwhelmed or drop out.

Your Case Manager Is Here to Help

The best way to make changes is to reach out to your Case Manager directly. They’ll listen to your situation, walk you through your options, and help implement any approved changes to your schedule or strategy.

In Summary

Yes — if your financial circumstances change, we can help you adjust. The key is communication. By reaching out early, we can make the right adjustments to keep your program flexible, affordable, and effective.
