TABLE OF CONTENTS

We understand that business finances can fluctuate — especially when you're navigating debt. If your financial situation changes after enrolling in the Debt Consultants Group (DCG) program, we’re here to help you adapt.

Whether you’re facing a short-term cash flow issue or a significant change in revenue, communication is key. Here’s what happens and how we can support you:

If Your Financial Situation Gets Worse

If you’re struggling to make your scheduled payments into the program:

  • Contact your Case Manager immediately. The sooner we’re informed, the more options we can provide.

  • We may be able to pause, reduce, or restructure your weekly contributions temporarily.

  • You will not be dropped from the program for requesting help — we are here to work with you, not against you.

Note: Missing payments without communication may delay your settlements or trigger late notices from creditors.

If Your Situation Improves

If your cash flow improves and you'd like to settle debts faster:

  • You may choose to increase your weekly payments or make one-time contributions to your escrow account.

  • Doing so may speed up negotiations and allow us to settle more accounts sooner — reducing total interest and risk exposure.

  • We can also reassess your program timeline based on your updated goals.

Flexible Program Adjustments

DCG understands that one size doesn't fit all. That’s why your plan is designed to be responsive. Based on your new situation, we can:

  • Update your hardship documentation

  • Modify your payment schedule (if necessary and approved)

  • Prioritize specific creditors based on new risks

  • Extend or condense your timeline, as appropriate

Communication Is Key

Your Case Manager is your dedicated partner throughout the program. If anything changes — good or bad — reach out. We’re here to help you stay on track, protect your progress, and ensure your program remains realistic and effective.

In Summary

If your financial situation changes after enrolling, you’re not alone — and you’re not stuck. DCG offers flexible support and real-time program adjustments to help you navigate new challenges or take advantage of new opportunities. Just let us know, and we’ll work with you to find the best path forward.
