You can speak with a Debt Consultant, complete your financial assessment, and receive a custom program plan — all at no cost. There’s no obligation to move forward unless you’re confident it’s the right fit.
Program Fees Are Built Into Your Weekly Contributions
Once you enroll, your weekly payments go into a secure, third-party escrow account under your name. From that account, funds are allocated for:
Negotiation and settlement services
Program administration and support
Escrow and banking fees
Your growing settlement reserve (to pay off negotiated debts)
You won’t be charged separately or unexpectedly — all fees are clearly disclosed in your Client Agreement and are only earned as services are delivered.
You’re Always in Control
No settlements are made without your written approval.
You receive full documentation for all fees and negotiated debt reductions.
You can pause or adjust your program if your financial situation changes.
