Can I Enroll If I Live Outside the United States?

TABLE OF CONTENTS

At this time, Debt Consultants Group (DCG) is only able to enroll clients who:

  • Own or operate a business registered in the United States
  • Carry business debt that was issued by U.S.-based lenders
  • Maintain a U.S. business bank account for payment processing

This means that if you live or operate outside of the United States — or your debts were issued under a non-U.S. jurisdiction — you may not be eligible for enrollment.

What If I’m Temporarily Living Abroad?

If you’re temporarily located outside the U.S. but your business is based in the U.S. and your debts meet the criteria above, you may still qualify. Be sure to let your Case Manager know during your consultation so we can verify your eligibility.

Why the Limitation?

DCG’s debt relief program is designed around the legal, financial, and regulatory systems specific to the U.S. We negotiate with U.S.-based creditors and use third-party escrow providers that require a U.S. business account for secure processing.

Alternative Solutions

If you’re based outside the U.S., we may be able to refer you to a trusted professional or international partner that specializes in business debt relief in your region.

In Summary

You must have a U.S.-registered business, U.S.-issued debt, and a U.S.-based bank account to enroll in DCG’s program. If you’re unsure whether you qualify, contact us for a confidential, no-obligation consultation and we’ll walk you through your options.
