TABLE OF CONTENTS

At Debt Consultants Group (DCG), we believe in transparency and results-driven service. That’s why we structure our program fees to be performance-based—meaning we only earn when we successfully reduce your debt.

Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect:

No Upfront Fees to Start

You can enroll in the program with no large upfront costs. Our focus is on getting you relief first—not charging you before we provide value.

Weekly Program Contributions

Once you begin, you’ll make manageable weekly payments into your secure third-party escrow account. These payments are used to:

  • Build funds for future creditor settlements

  • Pay program and banking-related fees as outlined in your agreement

  • Maintain legal or administrative support as needed

Your weekly payment amount is customized based on your business’s financial situation and total enrolled debt.

Performance-Based Fees

The majority of DCG’s program fees are earned only when we negotiate a successful settlement with your creditor. These are known as success or performance fees, and they are:

  • Charged as a percentage of the savings we achieve on your behalf

  • Paid only after you approve and fund the settlement

  • Fully disclosed in your client agreement

This structure ensures our incentives are fully aligned with yours—we don’t get paid unless we help you save.

Transparent Fee Disclosure

All program fees, banking fees, and settlement guidelines are outlined clearly in your Client Agreement and can be reviewed in your client portal or by speaking with your Case Manager.

In short: there are no hidden costs, and you’re never charged for services we haven’t delivered. If you have questions about your payment plan, fee structure, or escrow contributions, your Case Manager is here to walk you through everything in detail.
