As a valued client of Debt Consultants Group (DCG), you have the right to access important documents related to your debt relief program at any time. These records provide transparency, accountability, and peace of mind as you move through your financial recovery journey.

Below is a list of common documents you can request from your Case Manager or through your client portal:


1. Program Agreement


A copy of your original signed client agreement outlining the terms, responsibilities, and expectations of your participation in the DCG debt relief program.


2. Escrow Account Statements


Detailed statements showing:

  • Weekly payment contributions

  • Account balance

  • Disbursements for settlements, fees, or administrative costs

  • Transaction history


These are typically available monthly or upon request.


3. Settlement Agreements


For each resolved account, you may request:

  • A copy of the settlement offer approved by you

  • The formal agreement between DCG and the creditor

  • Proof of payment issued to the creditor


These documents confirm the terms under which the debt was settled.


4. Settlement Completion Letters


Also known as “release letters” or “satisfaction of debt” notices, these are issued by creditors after full payment is received. They confirm the account has been closed and that no further collection will occur.

These letters are crucial for your records and future credit protection.


5. Progress Reports


Monthly or on-demand summaries of your program status, including:

  • Remaining enrolled debts

  • Completed settlements

  • Current escrow balance

  • Estimated timeline to completion


6. Hardship Documentation (Submitted by You)


You may request copies of financial documentation you submitted during onboarding or at any point during the program. This includes bank statements, tax records, profit & loss statements, or legal notices used to demonstrate financial hardship.


7. Fee Disclosures


A detailed breakdown of all program-related fees, including:

  • Setup or administrative fees

  • Escrow handling fees

  • Negotiation and performance-based fees


These documents provide a transparent view of how your funds are being used.
