TABLE OF CONTENTS

At Debt Consultants Group (DCG), we are committed to full transparency regarding how your payments are allocated. Your weekly contributions are deposited into a secure escrow account under your name and are used strategically to support your debt relief program.

Below is a breakdown of the types of fees that may be included in your payments:

1. Program Fees (Performance-Based)

DCG operates on a results-driven model. This means the majority of our service fees are only charged after we successfully negotiate a settlement on your behalf. These performance-based fees are:

  • Calculated as a percentage of the debt savings we achieve for you

  • Deducted only after a settlement has been approved and funded

  • Designed to align our success with yours—if we don’t reduce your debt, we don’t earn

This approach ensures that we’re fully invested in achieving meaningful outcomes for your business.

2. Setup or Enrollment Fee (If Applicable)

This one-time fee covers the administrative costs of setting up your program, including:

  • Onboarding and compliance verification

  • File underwriting and documentation review

  • Establishing your secure escrow account

This fee, if applicable, is typically collected during the first few weeks of your program.

3. Escrow Handling or Banking Fees

These are small fees associated with:

  • Maintaining your third-party escrow account

  • Processing your weekly bank drafts

  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and secure fund transfers

These are standard charges required to manage your funds safely and effectively through a licensed escrow provider.

In some cases—particularly if a creditor initiates legal action—your program may include legal document preparation, representation, or court filing support. These services are only activated as needed and are disclosed in advance.

DCG works with legal professionals to help protect your business from aggressive collection tactics when appropriate.

All fees associated with your program are clearly disclosed in your Client Agreement and can be viewed through your client portal or by contacting your Case Manager. We believe you deserve clarity and confidence every step of the way.
