TABLE OF CONTENTS

At Debt Consultants Group (DCG), transparency is a core part of how we support you. We believe you should always know where you stand in your program and what’s happening behind the scenes. That’s why we provide regular updates through multiple channels.

Here’s how often you’ll receive updates — and what to expect:

Monthly Progress Reports

Each month, you’ll receive a detailed progress report by email (or through your client portal, if applicable). This includes:

  • Your current escrow account balance

  • Weekly contributions and transaction history

  • Status of each enrolled creditor

  • Any settlements reached, pending, or in negotiation

  • Updates to your estimated program completion timeline

Real-Time Portal Access (If Available)

If you’ve been given access to the DCG client portal, you can log in at any time to view:

  • Up-to-date account activity

  • Settlement history and documents

  • Escrow contributions

  • Remaining enrolled debts and balances

Ongoing Case Manager Check-ins

Your dedicated Case Manager is available throughout your program to answer questions, provide updates, and keep you informed. You may receive periodic calls, emails, or texts — especially when:

  • A settlement offer is ready for review

  • Additional documentation is needed

  • There are changes in your payment schedule or escrow growth

  • There’s creditor activity requiring attention

Settlement Notifications

Whenever a settlement is reached with a creditor, you’ll be notified immediately. We’ll share the terms, total savings, payment details, and any action needed from you before finalizing.

Need an Update Sooner?

You’re always welcome to request an update at any time. Simply reach out to your Case Manager by phone or email, and they’ll provide a personalized status check.

In Summary

You’ll receive formal updates at least once a month, plus real-time access (if applicable) and direct communication whenever key milestones occur. You’re never left in the dark — and your Case Manager is always just a call or message away.
